Does it cost anything to become an affiliate?

No. It is absolutely 100% free to join, and will give you the opportunity to earn a residual income every month you remain an active affiliate. We also pay a referral bounty of 10% of your referrals earnings should you recommend successful partners to us.

What do you mean when you say one can earn "as long as you remain an active affiliate"?

To be considered "active", you are required to have referred valid clicks from traffic within a 30 day period of each valid click or set of valid clicks previously referred. If we do not see any valid clicks coming from an account and more than 30 days has gone by, we reserve the right to terminate that affiliate account at any time thereafter due to inactivity.

Furthermore, if that affiliate has not earned the minimum to be paid, then their earnings will not be paid until you have earned that amount and it will be rolled over until the next month.

Who can join?

You may apply to be an affiliate, however, we do not accept everyone to participate in our affiliate program. There are certain requirements in order to be accepted. You need a quality website or popular blog property to utilise our array of affiliate tools provided for you when you are accepted. Should you choose to use your own website to promote our site, keep in mind that incentive domains ( 'Paid-To-Read/Paid-To-Click/Paid-To-Surf' or any other 'paid-to' programs ), pages with just a list of search boxes on them, are not allowed to host our search box or quick links page. You must use the quick links page url and/or search box that we provide for you, or your web property ( if it has been approved prior to your promotion of it ).

Anyone found to be using anything other than the codes we provide ( unless approved to use their own codes ) will be removed from the affiliate program immediately, and all earnings will be forfeited. Also, it is required that you provide us with truthful and relevant information to join our program. All information ( including your email address ) must be kept up to date in your account profile. If, at any point, your email address on file bounces when we send out an email to all affiliates, you will be immediately alerted of this in your member area to contact us. If the email on file continues to bounce, we reserve the right to remove that affiliate account, which will be subject to possible forfeiture of earnings.

It is not difficult to make sure you are receiving newsletters, updates, and important affiliate information to your email account. If you go a while without word through email, that is a good indication your email may be bouncing. You may not sign up through an open proxy either.

What will happen if I am caught spamming or cheating?

Any artificial means of generating traffic including, but not limited to, hit bots, multiple clicking scripts, open proxy servers, targeting specific keywords, hidden links and/or incentivizing surfers in any way or any other similar activity will result in the immediate forfeiture of all earnings owed, and possible criminal prosecution.

Any advertisers who may have been subject to this type of affiliate abuse will be promptly refunded whatever money that had been deducted due to this type of abuse. Spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program are strictly prohibited. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the clicks were generated and may also result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

Am I allowed to sign up for more than one affiliate account?

No. You are allowed only one account. If you have more than one affiliate account, all your accounts will be terminated and you will not be paid for the earnings generated from traffic in those accounts either. There is one exception to this rule, and that is if we have asked you to sign up for a separate account if you have been approved to use our XML Feed.

Can I incentivize searchers so I can get more traffic?

Absolutely not. Offering incentives to any potential searcher is strictly prohibited. You can not advertise your affiliate link with any type of incentivized text. This includes but is not limited to phrases such as "Help support me by clicking a keyword and a result and letting the page load so I will get paid," or "If you search for me, I will pay you for every search," or other types of similiar phrasing. You cannot force, beg, or otherwise convince someone to search for you so that you can make more money either. Examples of this are "Please make a search" or "Search and click at least one keyword and make sure to let the result load". This severely weakens traffic quality, as all people who are searching should be searching for genuine interest, and for no other reason.

Anyone who was referred by an affiliate and uses Find-Me-Now.Com to find what they need must have conducted a search on their own free will ( without having the affiliate who referred them saying, doing or writing anything about the fact that they will get paid if they search, etc. ). "Paid to Click" or "Paid to Search" advertising is also not allowed.

Any affiliate found to be using such methods to generate clicks will have their account immediately removed from our affiliate program. Consequently, any affiliate removed for these reasons, or other reasons deemed appropriate, will be forced to forfeit all earnings accumulated and/or owed, as well as the possibility of criminal prosecution. Keep in mind also that search exchanges are no exception to the rule either.

Can I target certain keywords since I know these particular keywords will make me more money?

The targeting of specific keywords to generate more money in your affiliate account will only get your account deleted and your earnings that you had generated or were owed will not be paid to you. Furthermore, your participation in the Find-Me-Now affiliate program will not be allowed at any point in time thereafter.

Not only does targeting high paying keywords like this reflect negatively on us, but also, our Content Providers (partner feeds) will not pay for any of those targeted clicks generated. If someone is found to be targeting keywords like this, and if anything like the termination of a Partner account occurs, Find-Me-Now.Com reserves the right (and will pursue the right) to take legal action against such people for damages incurred and revenue lost.

How can I view how my earnings?

You can check these statistics, located within your affiliate/member area after logging into your account with your affiliate ID and password. Right after you have logged into your account, you will see a link to check how many searches you have accumulated and to check activity daily. A more detailed search report can be found by clicking on the "Brief Click Statistics" link located in your account area after logging in also, and can generate a click report for the period between the dates you specify.

Once the report is generated, you will be able to see exactly how many clicks and corresponding money you have earned. Also, if you scroll to the bottom of your click statistics report, you will see the total clicks you were credited for from all searches you have referred as well as the total amount of earnings those corresponding clicks have made you.

I have reached the minimum payout level...so how do I claim it?

Just click request payment in your member area. We note on the 15th of each month if you have earned the minimum payout level. If this is the case, your account will be reviewed and your payment will be sent within 24hrs of that day for the earnings of that month in which the minimum payout was achieved. Please make sure you have only one payment ID filled out in your user information. In other words, you will be issued your payment to the payment account on file, following the month you had earned, at least the required minimum balance.

If you do not request payment via your member area but have earned the minimum payout, we will assume that you wish to rollover your earnings to the following month. We encourage affiliates to use PayPal to receive affiliate commissions, as this is our preferred method.

How will I receive payment?

We currently pay our affiliates by Paypal, , or E-Gold. You are required to have at least one of these payment accounts in order to receive your payment. If you do not have an account, please sign up for at least one of these accounts so that you can fill in your preferred way to receive your payments. We also only issue payments in USD.

Can I receive my payment by other payment processors not listed above, or by check?

Currently, we only offer payments through the two online payment processors mentioned above. In the future, we will look into adding more options for affiliates to receive their commissions. We are also capable of making payments by other methods ( such as check or money order ), but affiliates who would like to make special arrangements need to contact us and explain their situation.

You can request to use our XML Feed if you own a quality property. Just email us by clicking here, fill out the necessary information requested, and we will reply to your email within 24 hours. Please include all information we request, and also understand, we may require more information from you before making a decision on whether you will be approved or not.

Please note: Your application to use our XML feed will be ignored unless we can confirm that you have a variety of automated and manual procedures in place in order to prevent fraudulent clicking, proxy, clickbots, as well as the necessity to have appropriate country filters in place.
